The final price for your split half will depend on the weight of the animal harvested and factors related to the processing. We charge by the hanging weight depending on how much you order:
$7 per pound for quarters
$6 per pound for halves
$5 per pound for wholes
Your deposit is applied to the total invoice, and there are no additional processing fees to pay. On average, a split-half order yields a minimum 70-90 pounds of beef needing 3 to 4 cubic feet of freezer space. Your beef will be vacuum packed and will last for 24 months in the freezer.
