Forest-Raised Pork

A forest that used to provide lumber for the Missouri’s whiskey barrel industry now provides shade and food for our Tamworth pigs.

Our pigs spend their days rooting beneath acres of lush white oak canopy, eating acorns, bugs, and tubers, all while helping us control invasive species. We supplement their forest diet with an organic feed ration and all-natural vitamins and minerals from Icelandic kelp.

All of our pork comes USDA processed and vacuum-sealed for quality and long freezer life. Our bacon and hams are cured without any harmful nitrites.
